Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment being processed. All products are made to order and production can take 2 to 5 business days. Thereafter shipped out from our fulfilment centres in the US or European warehouse.
Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses.
Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 5-10 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada and 5-20 days for the rest of the world.
